Anna Silk
Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada for the role as Bo. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk were both scholars. Ilkay was also a writer, producer, and director. She is Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's early memories are of attending rehearsals for plays and watching her mother work. Silk produced a number of commercials when she was still a kid. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced two of its first productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk moved in Toronto in her quest to act and advance, then to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman was her future husband when she was introduced to him at an Actors' Workshop at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. They got engaged in 2009 and were married at an unofficial ceremony in was held in December. Following her conversion to Judaism and they renewed their wedding vows at a Jewish ceremony on April 10, 2011. The ceremony was held in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman's birth took place in May of 2013, and her son was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron, her second baby was born on 13 May 2016. Silk was also nominated 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. In 2009 Silk was a part of the main role of Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while filming of the third season finale episode. She announced the pregnancy to the fans in an episode of the Showcase preview of the Season Three special on January 6th, 2013. Silk announced on Twitter June 20th 2013 that the show would return in its production. Fourth season premiered on June 4, 2013 with Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. CNN, Cable News Network as well as E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) along with Lauren the actress (Zoie) as one of their most favored television couples. Entertainment Television.
