Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara is a Romanian-German actress on television and film famous for her performance in movies such as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. Born the only child to Romanian actors Valentin Platareu. Alexandra started her professional career in the show business in the early years of her life. At the age of 16, she turned 16, Alexandra had landed prominent roles in a variety of television dramas. In the Oscar nominated film Downfall her character as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudljunge was also highly praised. The Reader is another Oscar nominated film featuring this divas. Alexandra is well-known for her participation in a variety of notable projects, both in the United States and internationally. Some of these include the British biographical movie Control, the Greek movie The Dust of Time, as well as the French historical mini-series Napoleon. In addition, she has been a juror at the Transylvania International Film Festival as and the Cannes Film Festival.
